3. Press the bristles against your two to three teeth and gums and vibrate the brush back and forth for 10 counts without moving the bristle in a scrubbing or scratching way.

4. Then make small, circular motions with your toothbrush, concentrating on the gum line. Move to the next two teeth and repeat the same.

5. Also Make small circular motions on the chewing surfaces of your teeth.

6. When you come to brush in the inner side of the lower front teeth, then Move the brush in and out 10 times when brushing each tooth. Move the bristle scrubbing right in and scrubbing right out.

It's important to note that mastering the right toothbrushing technique requires gentle pressure and circular motions to avoid damaging your gums. If you want to master the technique, then you must give time to learn and have patience.

You should also take care to brush all areas of your mouth, including your tongue and the roof of your mouth, to remove bacteria and freshen your breath.

By following this technique regularly, you can maintain good oral hygiene and prevent gum disease.
